Accumulation Tables

Specializing in the food and beverage handling industry, Uni-Pak Corp. manufactures several varieties of accumulation tables: bi-directional accumulation tables, recirculating accumulation tables, and rotary unscramble single filer accumulation tables, for use with conveyors and production lines for bottles, cans or jars. Accumulation tables can decrease downtime, allowing upstream processes to continue while changes, modifications or repairs are made to downstream processes.

Our accumulation tables feature an integrated cross-conveyor system with guide rails, and are scalable to production needs and specific storage times for products, between one and ten minutes. Tables are constructed from mild steel or stainless steel, and mild steel tables can be painted or powder coated. Bi-directional accumulation tables feature stainless steel or plastic belting, and recirculating accumulation tables use either an ACCETAL, DELRIN or stainless steel chain or MAT. Tables are compatible with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. They also feature a self-cleaning live chain transfer. Our accumulation tables are available as standalone products or as an integral part of a complete turn-key conveyor system.
